Genesis: Stories From The Beginning | Have you ever gone back to the beginning in order to gain perspective on the present or the future? Maybe you needed to retrace your steps after losing something valuable, or your mind’s eye traveled to an earlier time in your own story to gain a better understanding of who you are and how you got to where you find yourself today. The word Genesis literally means “origin”, and our journey through the story of scripture will begin here with the account of how all of creation came to be In the beginning… This is the first part of a journey we are embarking on together called the big picture, a nine month overview of the Bible walking through both the Old and New Testaments to trace God’s redemptive story from start to finish. Join us as we jump in together at the very beginning!
