Thank you to everyone who helps make Sunday mornings so welcoming by serving as ushers, greeters, communion attendants, and through fellowship. You truly help make St. John’s feel like home for both guests and members. To make serving easier and more sustainable, we’re making a small change to our schedule. Unless you’ve shared otherwise, everyone who is signed up to serve will now be scheduled one Sunday per month. If you’d like to serve more often, or if there are other roles you’d enjoy helping with, please let us know—we’d love to have you! Questions? All interested singers are invited to join the St. John's choir. Rehearsals will be every third Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. We will be singing at one Traditional Service per month. Contact Jennifer Remus at mremus1980@gmail.com for more information. Hope to see you there!

Join us for a one-day volunteer event to help get the church ready for our Fall programs! We need help cleaning, organizing storage areas, and setting up furniture in our newly renovated Fellowship Hall. Food and coffee will be provided. Bring yourself, any interested friends and family, and a can-do attitude!

Join us for a Kenya-inspired worship service at St. John's on Sunday, August 23, at 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. as we welcome the Okoth family from Good News Kenya! Afterward, we'll host an informal info session following the 10:00 a.m. service for anyone interested in learning more about our next Kenya mission team, scheduled for Summer 2028. Join us and bring a friend!

Reading is simply better together! Join us in Pastor Eric’s backyard this summer to experience community through monthly book groups! Read on your own and then join us each month to share insights, questions, and conversation.

You need those that are excited to see you, that know you by name and through their joy it is evident that you are seen, known and loved. Volunteering at St. John's is a great way to foster this kind of community! Join us after each service on August 30 in the cafe area to learn more about available volunteer opportunities and consider where you can express the love of Jesus through serving. A few of our staff will be available to help you consider where to best use your gifts and answer any questions you may have.

St. John’s Church is leading the worship service at the Walworth County Fair, with a message featuring Pastor Eric and Mya Haskins! Join us at the Park Stage as we welcome people from throughout the region to worship together at the largest county fair in Wisconsin.

We're excited to welcome all children birth through 8th grade back to St. John's KIDS! & KIDS! jr. as we kick off another amazing year of children's ministry! Check-in begins at 9:45 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall, with weekly programming taking place from 10:00–11:00 a.m. in the lower level. We can't wait to reconnect with familiar faces, welcome new families, and grow together in faith throughout the school year. Afterwards, join us for a special Back-to-School Family Prayer Experience so we can begin this school year by covering our students, teachers, and families in prayer, trusting God to guide, strengthen, and encourage them in the year ahead. The Fellowship Team will also be providing Walking Tacos for everyone for lunch. We hope you'll stay, enjoy a meal together, and celebrate the start of a new school year with our church family!

Never read the Bible? Curious how different parts connect to the greater narrative and how they relate to our lives today? Join Pastor Tom on Tuesdays September - May at 9:00 a.m. at St. John's as we take a deeper dive into the Bible and the past week's sermon. All are welcome, including those who have not been part of our Tuesday morning Bible study in the past.

Kick off the year with Every. Third. Wednesday. on September 16 from 6–8 PM! We’ll gather for small group discussion, Confirmation lessons for registered students, and a community-wide game of Trade Up! Teams will use their creativity, quick thinking, and teamwork to see who can collect the BEST treasure. We’ll have Domino’s for dinner, so come hungry, bring a friend, and get ready to kick off the year together!

Join us on Sunday, September 27 for MORE Sunday! Worship will feature Stories of MORE, followed by a Congregational Meeting in the Fellowship Hall at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will focus on project updates, an opportunity for questions and sharing, and a vote on next steps. Come ready to reflect, be encouraged, and leave with a personal plan to move forward with Jesus.

High school students — you're invited! Join youth leaders on the first Wednesday of every month for a personalized small group session. We'll bring the pizza, you'll bring your thoughts — and together, we'll dive into meaningful discussions that connect with your everyday life.
