Looking for a way to give back this Christmas season? The St. John's Giving Tree offers many opportunities to give directly to those in need. Beginning November 27 (Thanksgiving Eve), the tree will be located just outside the Welcome area and available online. The Giving Tree includes ornaments for local foster families, Kenya Missions (food baskets and child education scholarships), and Safe Families. Instructions and due dates for each gift will be provided when you sign up.

High school students are invited to join youth leaders the FIRST Wednesday of the month for a personalized small group session. Leaders will provide pizza and discussion relevant to the students' lives. EVERY.FIRST.WEDNESDAY. runs from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. Feel Free to invite a friend as well!

Join us on Wednesday, December 11 at 11:00 a.m. for an opportunity for our seniors and friends to share in a casual meal and time together. St. John's is a growing multi-generational family of faith committed to our mission to love God and love others in a way that brings hope to the world. There will be a Christmas performance by the Silvertones and a catered lunch to follow (free will offering). Just come, no RSVP is needed!

Each Christmas, we offer the opportunity to purchase a poinsettia(s) as a memorial or to celebrate something or someone special in your life. They will help decorate the sanctuary for our December 24th Christmas Eve worship services. A list of names for memorial and celebration plants will be included in the Christmas Eve bulletin (in person and online). Please fill out the online form no later than Sunday, December 15th. You can collect your poinsettia(s) after service on Sunday, December 24th.

Jingle Jam, Jingle Jam, jingle all the way! Get Ready for Jingle Jam 2024! St. John's KIDS! is hosting an event for your family to experience together where you’ll sing Christmas carols, play reindeer games, ho-ho-ho until your sides hurt, and grow in your faith in engaging ways — for every age! We truly cannot wait to experience Jingle Jam with you! (Please note that there will only be the one service time for this Sunday.)

Join Jennifer and Matthew Remus again this year for some of your favorite Christmas carols on Sunday, December 22 at 6:00 p.m., in-person at St. John's or live on our Facebook page! Do you have a request you want to sing? You will have the chance to share them during the event. We can't wait to celebrate the birth of Jesus the same way the angels did... through song!

In a world overwhelmed by darkness, the birth of Jesus brings light and glory! Join us this Christmas Eve at St. John’s as we celebrate the light and glory of Jesus. Experience the warmth of Candlelight Christmas Eve Worship with identical services on Tuesday, December 24, at 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. These services will feature your favorite Christmas music, a meaningful message of light and glory, Christmas Boxes for the kids, and a hot cocoa bar for everyone. Don’t forget to invite a friend!

St. John’s is preparing for an exciting future as we grow, including our plans to call an associate pastor! We invite you to pray for God's guidance, get involved by volunteering or joining a group, and consider filling out a pledge card to support our mission financially. In addition to your regular contributions, we have received a $50,000 matching gift—your additional gifts to the "Vision Match Fund" between now and April 30, 2025, can help double this impact. We're going to QUAKE! Quake organizes incredible retreats each year that encourage teens to become established in their faith, empowered for Christian living and enabled to live a life of ministry and leadership. The 2025 Quake theme is “ENOUGH”, based on Jesus’ words in John 3:16. Wes Halula will be speaking, joined by musical guest 100 White Flags, and all hosted at the incredible Wilderness Resort and Waterpark in Wisconsin Dells.
